As our Retail Experience Designer, you will shape the future of our physical retail footprint, creating unforgettable, cohesive, and immersive omni-channel journeys for our customers.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. In-Store Graphics & Brand Identity

  • Omnichannel Consistency: Develop and maintain a high-quality, seamless visual brand identity to boost customer engagement across all channels.

  • Adaptive Layouts: Tailor designs to fit various point-of-sale constraints while aligning with marketing and communication activation goals.

  • Display Supervision: Oversee the creation and supply of POP and IOP displays, ensuring visual consistency across sports facades, seasonal campaigns, and visual merchandising.

  • Guideline Localization: Adapt global brand design guidelines to perfectly fit local country strategies.

2. Visual Merchandising Excellence

  • Strategic Planning: Optimize product placements and store adjacencies to maximize layout efficiency.

  • Thematic Displays: Craft captivating seasonal and thematic store displays that turn heads.

  • Unified Store Journeys: Develop layout, storefront, and customer journey guidelines aligned with global and local strategies.

  • Cross-Store Consistency: Ensure beautiful, consistent visual standards are maintained across all retail locations.

3. Customer Journey & Display Concepts

  • Behavior-Driven Design: Understand how customers move through physical spaces to design intuitive layouts that support their needs—including wayfinding, homepages, showcases, focus points, and end-caps/TG.

  • Commercial Innovation: Propose creative concepts (like triptychs and showcases) to improve the efficiency, flow, and overall attractiveness of sales areas.

  • Omnichannel Integration: Seamlessly incorporate digital and physical retail experiences.

  • Memorable Experiences: Create joyful, unforgettable shopping environments that customers love returning to.

4. Execution & Guarantee Implementation

  • Guideline Compliance: Guarantee that store design guidelines are rigorously applied and executed.

  • Audits & Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits and quality audits to assess compliance and maintain high standards.

  • Store Life-Cycle Support: Actively support projects related to new store openings, modernizations, expansions, and downsizing while respecting country-specific strategies.

  • Project Management: Utilize proven project management methodologies to track the rollout of new concepts.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate directly with external suppliers and production vendors.

  • Operational Ownership: Manage project budgets, timelines, and the physical installation process from start to finish.

Role Requirements & Skills

Hard Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a highly related spatial design role.

  • Design Toolkit: High proficiency with industry-standard graphic and spatial design tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D SketchUp.

  • Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a strong emphasis on both digital and physical design execution.

  • Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies and a deeply rooted customer experience-oriented mindset.
