The Role

As the OIB Supply & Operations Leader, you will own the end-to-end operational execution for our consignment model. Your mission is to ensure that 100% of external brand products hitting our digital and physical shelves are completely "Ready-to-Sell." You will be the vital link between supply coordination, data accuracy, and multi-platform commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ready-to-Sell (RTS) Management: Lead the end-to-end system referencing for all new and existing OIB products. You'll ensure master data (pricing, descriptions, and barcodes) is flawlessly inputted and maintained.

  • Systems & Tools Mastery: Own and update internal databases (including the SPID system) to guarantee 100% accurate product and production information.

  • RFID & Supplier Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for RFID suppliers. You will manage the ordering, proofing, and approval of RFID labels for all OIB consignment partners.

  • Quality & Compliance: Audit and guarantee that all incoming OIB products delivered to Decathlon stores strictly meet our "Ready-to-Sell" standards across all physical and digital touchpoints.

Profile

  • Education: At least Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Experience: 1-3 years in Supply Chain, Retail Operations, or Merchandising. Experience with consignment models is a strong plus.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with ERPs, inventory management tools, and product information management systems (SPID, "My Business", or similar PIM software).

  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for data accuracy (referencing, store signage, and website product content).

  • Communicator: Strong ability to coordinate and negotiate with external suppliers/OIB partners, logistics providers, and internal store teams.

  • Mindset: A sports enthusiast who is proactive, pragmatic, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
