Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving digital transformation and commerce growth? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Digital Commerce Director to lead our digital strategy, enhance the customer journey, and deliver profitable growth within the country. This role is central to aligning local initiatives with our global strategy, focusing on innovative new business models such as circularity, marketplace, and retail media.
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Develop and execute the country’s digital commerce strategy, co-construct commercial policy, and manage the digital commerce budget to maximize ROI.
- Digital Commerce Growth: Own the digital commerce P&L, ensuring profitability and driving initiatives to improve key metrics like Conversion Rates and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Omnichannel Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer journey across all digital touchpoints (website, mobile app) and lead projects to create a seamless, unified online-offline customer experience (e.g., implementing "click & collect" and shared promotions).
- Team & Talent Development: Define the target human organization, recruit complementary talents, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and manage performance to ensure the team’s well-being, responsibility and autonomy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhance customer experience through cross-functional collaboration and act as the key liaison between the local market and our centralized digital commerce teams.
- Operations & Logistics: Optimize order management, fulfillment, and customer service processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective last-mile delivery in collaboration with logistics stakeholders.
Profile
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a leader with a proven track record in digital commerce and the skills to drive meaningful change.
- Proven experience in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing and management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial skills, omnichannel retailing, customer experience optimization and financial acumen.
- Expertise in Business Plan Management, Conversion Management and Country Performance Analysis and Forecasting.
- Relevant experience with Growth Marketing or managing Wholesale / External Marketplaces.
- Demonstrated Strategic Sense and Decision Making ability.
- High Emotional Intelligence and strong Critical Thinking.
- Exceptional Collaboration and Cooperation skills for effective cross-functional work.
- Proficiency in English language.
