We are looking for an E-Commerce Category Manager to take the lead in shaping the digital future of our sports categories across Decathlon Malaysia & Singapore. You will own the end-to-end performance of your categories, ensuring our users enjoy a seamless, world-class shopping experience from discovery to checkout.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising Experience working on brand.com is a plus Experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Zalora is a plus Strong proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of retail sales, consumer behavior, and category management Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Willingness to learn and continuously improve
