Mission

We are looking for a proactive, organized and high-energy B2B Wholesale Intern to join our team. This role is a blend of operational precision and front-line business development. You’ll be the glue that holds our wholesale department together while helping us expand our footprint across various sectors like education, hospitality and sports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Outreach & Mission Support

  • Active Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to a curated list of potential partners, including schools, resorts, clubs, and corporate entities to pitch our services.

  • Catalog Management: Design, update and "blast" industry-specific catalogs (e.g., Watersports, School Supplies, Corporate Gifting) to targeted leads.

  • Proposal Crafting: Assist in creating compelling pitch decks and proposal materials that resonate with B2B clients.

2. Operations & Coordination

  • Order Lifecycle Management: Follow up on the end-to-end process of orders, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring seamless internal coordination.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain and update tracking sheets, CRM entries and operational reports to ensure the team has real-time visibility into performance.

  • Logistics Support: Act as a liaison between sales and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any shipping discrepancies.

3. Administrative Excellence

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Organize and maintain digital documentation and client contracts.

Profile

Requirements

  • 4-6 months Internship

  • Must be Sportive/Sports Enthusiast

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administrative or related field

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) is essential. Other languages is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn & improve, result-oriented

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

  • Strong proficiency in G Workspace and Microsoft Excel

  • A self-starter who is resilient, eager to learn the B2B landscape, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
