The candidate must be self-started, know how to work independently, receive minimal guidance, solve complex problems, and take a new perspective using existing solutions. You may have to interact with Country, Regional, Global teams, and external stakeholders for the role.
Responsibilities:
You will report and animate the consolidated performance of the Booster Logistics ( Business to Business/B2B & E-Commerce/B2C)
You will write and follow the deployment of the financial and CO2 trajectories by activity for the Booster. You will alert the Zone CVO and the Warehouse Director in case of deviation
Help the logistics team to ensure the reliability of forecasts (Activity, expenses, Investment planning)
Together with logistics management team, create list of operational KPIs to keep track of logistics performance
You will implement KPI reporting, KPI trees or waterfall to understand the cost equation (productivity/m2 use/hourly costs) and understand the PL equation (quantity impact, pricing impact, product mix impact, channel mix impact)
Preparation of 12-months rolling piloting and 5 year trajectory planned in order to facilitate the budgeting process and evaluate current performance.
Support month-end closing and ensure reports are submitted within the stipulated timeline
Support on the analysis of all financial numbers to facilitate decision-making process
You will be responsible to provide clear reports to challenge and optimise
Margin analysis and breakdown : current methodology, deviation from standard processes per type of costs - coordination with Zone & Global Logistics finance leaders
Profitability analysis of each activity , understand the main root causes of financial performance issues and propose relevant action plan
You help the BU leader to build a business plan of his strategy standard processes per type of costs
You will analyze the business plan for future logistic investments in the Booster
Legal entities Responsibilities:
Support in initiate tax planning, support in periodic tax filings
Liaising with auditors for year-end financial audit.
Support in preparation of financial statement and tax computation
Transfer pricing compliance
Profile
- Sports Lover
- At least 5 years experience (accounting, trajectories and handle complex tax/audit liaisons)
- Strong preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). Experience with B2B and E-commerce logistics is specifically requested
Proven track record of handling both operational controlling (KPIs, margins, forecasting) and statutory compliance (tax, audit, closing)
Experience creating 12-month rolling forecasts and long-term strategic plans (5-year trajectories)
Ability to build business plans (OPEX, Roi, P&LA professional accounting designation is highly desirable (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA) due to the specific "Legal Entities Responsibilities" (Tax/Audit/Transfer Pricing)
