Know the site, the operation of each technical installation, and the location of emergency stops.
- Manage the operation and performance KPIs such as productivity, SOT, DOT, Quality control, Inventory and replenishment
- Co-construct a team project serving customers and teams aligned with the strategy of the warehouse.
- Co-write and adhere to an ambitious and achievable economic commitment within the area of responsibility.
- Monitor and adapt activities using standard economic tools and local piloting.
- Execute logistics operational standards for warehouse performance and efficiency to grow customer satisfaction.
- Understand United's strategies and support their implementation to enhance omni-channel performance.
- Execute the principles of sustainable development into our logistics activities.
- Support and participate in environmental awareness initiatives and events.
- Represent the logistics activity to internal stakeholders within the ecosystem.
