Strategy & Customer Journey: Design the end-to-end "How to Sell" strategy for our priority customer segments across SEA. You'll be the voice of the zone, collecting and sharing critical merchandising needs with our global teams.
Retail Execution: Adapt and localize global merchandising materials (layouts, POS, implementation guides) to fit the unique needs of our APAC and SEA stores. Your work directly prepares our business for the next season.
Business Growth: Analyze store performance (TO/LM) and identify "top/flop" opportunities to improve profitability. You'll propose SMART solutions to optimize layouts and contribute directly to achieving our sales targets.
Store Empowerment: Support the autonomy of our local retail teams by providing clear, structured merchandising principles and essential deliverables on time.

This role is designed for growth and autonomy:
First 1 to 2 Months: You will be closely accompanied by a senior who will guide you through strategic planning, regional analysis, and core deliverables.
Following 4 Months: You will take full ownership and lead your own zone's merchandising strategy, execution, and performance analysis, giving you true end-to-end experience.
Profile
Must be Sportive/ Sports Enthusiast.
Internship period: 6 months, start in Dec 1st, 2025
At least a Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent field.
A self-motivated and result-oriented individual, demonstrating proactive drive, and consistently delivers tangible outcomes through focused effort and accountability.
You are fluent in English (Oral & Written) and capacity to communicate with key stakeholders at regional level.
You are team player, open-minded and self-responsible.
