Partner of business - I'm a strategic partner of business and work with key business leaders to define the intentions and directions of my perimeterI carry out an HR diagnosis on my scope.
I co-write and lead human strategies (based on the global HR project, our societal commitments and the HR diagnosis of my scope) by surrounding myself and coordinating a local HR ecosystem.
I anticipate, support and facilitate transformations; I participate in strategic decisions on my scope.
I ensure an active watch of the social climate in my country.
I contribute to a global HR subject (project, process).
Promote a healthy work environment aligned with Decathlon's culture - I help create a balanced environment that promotes the best conditions of the teammates’ success:
I regularly share the corporate culture: meaning, values and human fundamentals
I prevent and support human risks (weak signals, RPS, etc.)
I alert and act using appropriate means. I participate in crisis management if necessary.
Create the conditions for leaders' autonomy to develop human capital - I facilitate the 10 HR process and make it accessible for the actors so they can build and lead a sustainable human structure :
I advise and support leaders in HR processes and their posture.
I bring the management plan to life, facilitate self-management, responsibility and autonomy.
I bring the recruitment policy to life and participate in the recruitment of key positions.
I support career management and succession plans; I challenge organizational projections and support developments.
I spread and lead compensation policies.
I manage annual performance evaluation processes and remuneration reviews.
I bring the skills development process to life.
I provide information on legal basics, payroll and refer to experts if necessary.
I am the referent for one or more HR skills and/or areas.
