Job Overview: The 5-Star Experience Champion
Your mission is simple: to ensure all customers and sport users leave our store 'satisfied or satisfied'. Located near prime hiking and outdoor spots, your role is crucial in delivering a friendly, professional, and efficient shopping experience for our active community.
You will work closely with the Customer Service Leader and benefit from a dedicated training plan to ensure your success.
1. Customer Engagement & Advisory (The Front Line)
Champion the 5-Star Experience: Serve as the initial and final in-store representative, ensuring every customer encounter—from greeting to farewell—is professional, friendly, and memorable.
Resolve & Delight: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and inquiries (both in-store and via call) regarding products, services, and company policies, ensuring prompt resolution in collaboration with relevant teams.
Share Passion: Actively promote products and services, using your knowledge and positive energy to build relationships with sport users, especially those engaged in local outdoor and hiking activities.
2. Cash Management & Service Efficiency
Seamless Checkout: Ensure all users/customers enjoy a quick, easy, and accurate payment process, contributing to a frictionless shopping experience.
Financial Accuracy: Meticulously manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balances, ensuring accurate transactional data collection and entry.
Adherence & Quality: Maintain strict adherence to all customer service and company policies, guaranteeing a consistently high quality of service.
3. Safety & Workplace Responsibility
Team Safety: Assure the safety and well-being of both teammates and users/customers within the work area at all times.
Profile
1. The Essentials (Your Toolkit)
- Hourly Pay: RM 13.56 per hour.
Education: A minimum of a Diploma in any field.
Experience: We welcome Fresh Graduates excited to start their career, as well as experienced professionals looking for a new challenge.
Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a big plus!
Availability: You must be able to play as part of the team during our busiest times, including weekends and holidays.
