Job Overview:
Ensure proper quality of services and strict adherence to our customer service policy
Your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ‘satisfied or satisfied’.
From a friendly and professional welcome through to a quick and easy payment process, your role is to always deliver a 5 star shopping experience.
You work hand in hand with our Customer Service Leader who leads you and you benefit from a training plan to support you in the success of all your missions.
Delight all customers/sport users through the relationship and the sales of products and services on all channels.
- To take initiatives and be proactive to delight our customers
To be able to manage accurate data collection,entry
To give accurate information to customers' inquiries regarding products/services offered by the company
To communicate with related departments/partners to resolve customer issues promptly
To ensure that our users/customers have a seamless checkout experience
To manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balances
To assure the safety of my teammates and users/customers at my work place
To share my sport passion and positive energy with my users/customers locally
Responsible for satisfying my users/customers enquiries via call/in store
To represent the first & last in-store image of our company, therefore, to be professional at managing customer's demands and expectation
Profile
What are We looking for:
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia(written and spoken) are essential. Other languages are a plus
- Minimum qualifications Bachelors Degree/Diploma is required
- Who is customer-centric with strong sense of service
- Who is Human-First with high level of demand and communications skills
- Digitally Savvy
- Able to play as part of the team during the busiest times(weekends and holidays)
- You are known for your team spirit and your dynamism
